Fraud analysts are the highest-leverage users of these platforms, and most products are still designed for the data scientists who built the model. We invest in analyst UX as seriously as in model architecture: contextual evidence panels, decision support, calibrated confidence indicators, and feedback loops that turn every analyst decision into training signal.
